Instructions

1. Cut the melt-and-pour soap base into small, even cubes and place them in a microwave-safe container.
2. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring between bursts, until completely melted and smooth.
3. Add the fragrance oil and stir to combine. Divide the melted soap into three separate small cups or containers.
4. To the first cup, add 3–4 drops of pink soap colorant and mix until the color is uniform.
5. Pour the pink soap into the mold until it is about one-third full.

8. Color the third cup with purple colorant, then pour gently to fill the mold. Spritz again if necessary.
9. Allow the soap to harden fully in the mold for about an hour. If any portions harden in the cups while you work, reheat briefly in the microwave.
10. Once set, carefully remove the soaps from the silicone mold. Let them cure briefly on a clean surface before use or packaging.

Notes and Tips

If the soap becomes too firm while you are working, microwave the small cups for a few seconds to remelt. Use soap-safe dyes only — food coloring can separate or produce a less vibrant result.
